Personal Use License

Black Digital Art® 2024 All Rights Reserved ("Content Provider") grants the buyer a non-exclusive, perpetual license for personal, non-commercial use of the media. All rights, titles, and ownership of the media remain with the content provider. The Media is provided "as is," with no warranties, and the content Provider is not liable for any third-party claims or damages arising from its use.

The Media may not be used in any pornographic, obscene, illegal, or defamatory manner, nor incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. The Content Provider retains all rights, including copyright, title, and ownership of the Media.
